According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 8, 2019 and the Decree of January 17 “On measures to further improve the system of working with population problems”, most of the problems were solved during the tourist reception by hokim of the region Zafar Ruziev, the road maps were defined and measures taken to collaborate with relevant organizations.

It should be noted that solving urgent problems and needs of citizens, strengthening open and direct dialogue with the population has become one of the urgent tasks of the day. This process will lead each leader to a particular responsibility.

During the reception, which was attended by about 2,000 people and representatives of relevant organizations, each complaint was thoroughly reviewed, and tasks were given to heads of departments, organizations and enterprises involved in this matter. In this regard, 40 disabled people received wheelchairs, chairs, a kettle, headphones, TVs, other household appliances and food products for citizens who need social support. About 50 people received medical care, and the Center for Public Services provided more than 60 services for passports, certificates, and property rights.

On the same day, 115-year-old Umida Aya Kholmurodova, living in the Beshterak mahalla of the Kitab district, received a wheelchair and gifts.

Gafur Umrzakov from Namangan came to the village of Beshterak, where he intended to practice rabbits. The number of rabbits in the short term exceeds 500. However, the lack of space for their food has created a more difficult situation. And the rarest rabbits were sold, but only 75 rabbits remained. Gafur Umrzakov turned to the hokim for help.

“The hokim was responsible for the allocation of land to the responsible officials,” said the citizen. - If the problem is resolved positively, I will expand activities. At least I have enough experience.

It should be noted that more than 615 problems were identified. In particular, a resident of the village S. Muhammadiyev and others appealed to build a bridge and a gym in the village in the village. This issue will be resolved in the second half of this year.

The complaint of Rajabali Turdiyev, was about the absence of a hospital meeting the modern requirements of the time in the village.

“More than 500 people live in our village in 2,200 households,” says a labor veteran. “The doctoral service for the rural population acted first in the store, then in the forest office until that time. Now doctors stand at a man in the “temporary building”, and if his owners come, they have to move again. However, instead of the old school, you can build a modern hospital. Today I told the hokim that the tasks have been set and the problem will be solved soon.

Of course, communication with the public is also important, because it provides a thorough analysis of the current situation in the regions.
